Since it's creation in 1850, Emile Henry has been hand-making their products in Marcigny, France using a combination of traditional ceramic techniques and introducing technological improvements such as Ceradon® so that the dishes are more resistant to mechanical and thermal shocks. Their range of tableware to bakeware to ovenware is extremely strong, offering good resistance to chipping and cracking. They are freezer to oven save, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Emile Henry products have perfected the art of even cooking and excellent heat retention.
